Thank you for choosing LP Business Services LLC for your ride booking needs. We value your business and are committed to providing a positive and reliable experience for our customers. In the event that you need to request a refund, please take a moment to review our refund policy below.

  1. Refund Eligibility

1.1. Cancellation Window: You may be eligible for a refund if you cancel your ride within our specified cancellation window. The cancellation window varies depending on the type of ride and is communicated to you during the booking process. Please note that late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.

1.2. Service Disruptions: In cases where we fail to provide the service as booked due to circumstances within our control, you may be eligible for a refund. These circumstances may include vehicle issues, driver unavailability, or other factors directly related to our service.

1.3. Overcharging: If you believe you have been charged an incorrect amount for your ride, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of the ride date to request a refund for the overcharged amount.

1.4. Unused Credits: If you have ride credits on your account that you are no longer planning to use, you may request a refund for the remaining balance of your ride credits.

1.5.Damage: Damages are paid by customers depending on the cause

cleaning, $100 if customer soils car or dirt

CANCELLATIONS, NO SHOWS, AND ORDER MODIFICATION RULES:

To avoid cancellation charges, orders must be cancelled two hours before reservation time. A no show will be charged after 30 mins and cancellation charges will apply. No shows charges will be charged $75 of the reservation total after 30 mins and 100% of the reservation total for cancellation will be charged after 45 mins

2.2. When contacting customer support, please provide the following information:

  1. Your full name and contact information
  2. Booking reference number
  3. Date and time of the ride
  4. Reason for the refund request 
  5. Any supporting documentation or information

2.3. Our customer support team will review your request and may request additional information if necessary.

2.4. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the date your request is approved.

  1. Refund Disbursement

3.1. Refunds for rides that were paid for with a credit card will be issued back to the same credit card used for payment.

3.2. Refunds for rides paid with other methods, such as cash or prepaid ride credits, will be refunded according to the original payment method.

  1. Non-Refundable Items

4.1. Booking Fees: Please note that booking fees, convenience fees, or other surcharges are non-refundable.

4.2. Late Cancellation Fees: Late cancellation fees incurred due to cancellations outside of the specified cancellation window are non-refundable.
